A strategic plan serves as a foundation for district decisions. It functions as a guide as we set goals, improve strategies, allocate resources, and effectively respond to the needs of our students and community. Last August, we announced, and the board approved, our current strategic plan.
As we have moved through this school year, we have made a concerted effort to make district decisions that align with this plan.
To help communicate our progress towards our goals, we will post short videos today and in the coming months.
Please watch and enjoy our first video focused on our progress towards:
Goal 5, Objective 1: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of physical security measures for all facilities and events and recommend policy changes and the implementation of best practices where necessary. Our goal is to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and the community throughout the district.
Our strategic plan and a breakdown of projected expenditures for continuous improvements are posted on our website.
Go Riders!
