What do you do when Western Reserve preschool's 'Under the Sea' unit collides with both classes meeting their PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) kindness challenge goals? You have a BEACH PARTY! Both AM and PM classes boarded ROUGHRIDER AIRLINES and 'flew' to the beach for the day where they enjoyed storytime on the beach, sand and water sensory play, dramatic play at the beach complete with floats, lifejackets, shade umbrellas and beach balls as well as beach themed art and center activities. We are proud of each little roughrider who worked on showing kindness and making green choices during their time at school.
